Potato pancakes with quail eggs

3 big potatoes
6 quail eggs
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 onion
2 peeled garlic cloves

OilPeel and grate potatoes into a bowl. Slice onion and garlic into small pieces and add to
the bowl with grated potatoes. Add quail eggs, salt and pepper, mix it all.

Heat pan to medium and add oil for frying. Take with soup spoon the potato mix from
the bowl and roll it between your hands until it looks like a pancake.
Place it to the pan and fry both sides till golden.
