6 quail eggs
100ml whipped cream
8 slices of bacon
2 peeled garlic cloves
0.5 teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 soup spoon olive oil
Pour water into a pot and bring it boil. Add 1 soup spoon of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of salt and spaghetti.
Mix it from time to time 8-10 min. After spaghetti is ready, poor the water away from the pot.
Heat a pan to medium and cook bacon until crispy (about 6 minutes). Add garlic and black pepper to the pan,
after 30 seconds add spaghetti, mix it for 1 minute and then add whipped quail eggs, cheese, salt and whipped
cream, mix evenly during all the heating time (6-8 minutes).
Place spaghetti carbonara to the plate and garnish with parsley!
