12 Quail Farm egg butter

100g butter (room temperature)
24 quail eggs
50g spring onions
Water for boiling the eggs

Put 24 quail eggs into a pot and add water, heat water till it reaches boiling temperature and boil quail eggs 3-4 minutes.
Pour the hot water away, rinse the eggs under cold water and peel the quail eggs.

Meanwhile, slice spring onions into little pieces.
Take 100g of butter add sliced spring onions and 0.5 teaspoon of salt.

Cut the boiled and peeled quail eggs into little slices.

Add sliced 8 quail eggs to prepared mix in bowl and mix it evenly. Place the mix into fridge for 30 minutes.

Serve with bread!
