Rice with shrimp and quail eggs

300g shrimp
3 carrots
250g rice
4 soup spoons olive oil
4 soup spoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon black pepper
0.5 teaspoon salt
2 peeled garlic cloves
1 onion
100g green beans
50g corn
6 quail eggs
1 liter water

Pour water into the pot and bring to boil. Add rice and 0.5 teaspoon of salt. Mix it from time to time 10-15 min.
When rice is ready, pour the water away from the pot.

Slice carrots, green beans, onion and garlic.

Meanwhile, heat a wok pan and add olive oil, carrots, garlic, onion, green beans and corn.
Fry for 5-8 minutes till carrots are soft, then add shrimp, soy sauce, quail eggs and blend it all and heat for 3 minutes.

After 1 minute add boiled rice, 1 tablespoon salt and black pepper. Mix it all and heat for 1 minute then ready.
