Pour water into the pot and bring to boil. Add rice and 0.5 teaspoon of salt. Mix it from time to time 10-15 min. Slice carrots, green beans, onion and garlic. Meanwhile, heat a wok pan and add olive oil, carrots, garlic, onion, green beans and corn. After 1 minute add boiled rice, 1 tablespoon salt and black pepper. Mix it all and heat for 1 minute then ready. |
