Put 7 quail eggs into a pot and add water, bring water to boil and boil the quail eggs for 3-4 minutes. Meanwhile, slice champignons. Heat pan then add butter and champignons. Slice lettuce and spring onions, add champignons to the bowl with lettuce and spring onions. Mix vinegar, olive oil and salt and add to the bowl, mix all ingredients evenly and garnish with parsley.
