Fried dandelions

20 dandelion flowers
6 quail eggs
0.5 teaspoon pepper
0.5 teaspoon salt
100g butter

Foam 6 quail eggs, salt and pepper in a bowl. Heat pan with 2 teaspoons of butter.

Dip dandelions one by one into the quail egg mix in the bowl and then place the dandelions on the pan to fry.

Fry the dandelions from both sides till golden.
